For hygienic reasons, we do not except returns of merchandise that has been worn, washed, stained or soiled with bodily fluid or health/beauty product. In case you purchased the wrong size, new merchandise bearing original tags can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

At Eve Alexander we take great pride in bringing to you the highest quality lingerie, however in the rare event that you receive items with manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange.

To process your Return/Exchange send the following information returns<at>evealexander.com:

- Your name
- Your address and phone number
- Date of purchase or order number (from the e-mail order confirmations)
- Detailed description of the item's defect (may include digital pictures)

We will contact you within 48 hours with return authorization.

A full merchandise credit, excluding shipping charges, will be issued for approved returns. For approved returns you are responsible for all shipping charges. COD or courier packages will not be accepted. We do not reimburse postage.
